**About the team**:
The Rapid7 People Systems team is a dynamic group dedicated to managing and optimizing technology solutions for human resource functions. Tasked with implementing, maintaining, and integrating HR software and databases, they ensure efficient processes and accurate data management. This includes a specialized focus on Workday integrations, where the team plays a crucial role in seamlessly connecting and optimizing the Workday platform. Collaborating across departments, the HRIS team enhances workforce management through system configuration, troubleshooting, and staying abreast of emerging HR technologies.
**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations to support various areas of the business, including People Strategy, Payroll, Finance, and other related functions.
- Provide support in analyzing, maintaining and troubleshooting Workday Business processes and security administration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and optimize Workday Integration Cloud connectors, EIBs, and Studio integrations to enhance system efficiency.
- Focus on staying informed about the Workday roadmap, upcoming releases, and reviewing release notes, the team is responsible for assessing new features and understanding their impact on business processes and basic functionality changes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize disruptions in data flow.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, including specifications, testing procedures, and change management protocols.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Workday integration best practices, new configurations, and deployments.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Demonstrate proof of security controls during internal and external audit.
**The skills you’ll bring include**:
- Hands on experience as a Workday Administrator or similar role for 4+ years.
- Experience with managing Workday Landscape, including integrations, security, business processes, EIBs, and Reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday Integration Cloud, EIBs, Studio, and other integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and high commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with other SaaS based tools like Netsuite, Salesforce, Workato, eTrade, etc.
- Experience in high growth, fast paced environment
