**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Main and Initial point of contact for all HCM (Human Capital Management) Program related items to the HR Operations and relevant GPOs (Global Process Owners) and coordination and management of global and local requirements ensuring that all the relevant requirements are challenged as must have (regulatory, fiscal etc.) and provided to support the HCM implementation
- Provides the deployment team with all the necessary point of contacts to be responsible for gathering of local requirements
- Implements Workday best practice during Design and Implementation phases
- Assessing impact of design decisions on HR Operations services, structures, service level agreements, ensuring any relevant changes and manage decisions and alignment between HR Operations leadership, relevant GPOs and Program Team in a timely manner and within adherence to the Key Design Decision process
- Design, execute and capture business validation of all HR Operations-owned deliverables
- Follows program timelines and ensures these are adhered to from all HR Operations counterparts working on program deliverables.
- Clearly communicate anticipated changes to program leadership, gain cooperative support among participants, peers and execute necessary testing and bug reporting, together with testing sign off

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Team leadership, communication and coordination, in-depth understanding of end-to-end HR service delivery
- Ability to adapt, and drive business processes which are relevant for all countries that are part of the roll-out roadmap.
- Ability to challenge existing practices through concrete data and facts
- Knowledge about business processes in the area of payroll and time, hire to retire, knowledge management.
