Web3 Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Web3 Marketing Lead to oversee and execute our marketing efforts as we innovate and build new products in Web3 within fast-growing ecosystems, focusing on mobile entertainment platforms (mostly Telegram apps, $GMEE and $WAT tokens, web3 partnerships, standalone apps for Android and iOS, etc.).
You will lead a team of 7 professionals, focusing on team delivery, product marketing, high-level strategy, and overall creating a growth-focused environment for yourself, your team, and our products.
This role requires someone who lives and breathes all things crypto, is extremely organized, and strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to lead and inspire their team.

We are a medium-sized company with a start-up-like approach. We have been building in the mobile gaming space since 2015 and since then we have 100M+ registered users. We are averaging more than 1 billion gameplays monthly across our products and games.
We pride ourselves on our global footprint and on partnering with big-name brands such as NASA, Manchester City, and Guinness World Records.
Our product lineup includes traditional mobile games, platforms with hypercasual games, and Web3 elements, including two tokens - $GMEE and $WAT.
Since 2020, we part of the Animoca Brands family, expanding our capabilities and opening up doors to true global reach, while starting our journey in Web3.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead & innovate the marketing strategy for our digital products and all marketing channels
- Manage & lead the Marketing Team
- Evaluate, adapt, and iterate marketing campaigns based on data impact.
- Collaborate with other team leads (Devs, Product, Games) and C-level on a daily basis
- Work on high-level partnerships with global brands from web2 and web3
**What We Expect**:
- Deep understanding of web3/crypto/blockchain space
- Previous experience with marketing digital products (preferably related to gaming) & project management
- Previous experience with leading teams/people
- Data-driven approach
- Proactivity and creativity
- Reliability, honesty, and independence
- English proficiency is a must since the team is international
- Central European location (Prague ideal) since regular presence in the office is needed.
