Web Services Manager with German
**Tasks**
- In your new role, you will take on and be responsible for group-wide commercial processing of the IT infrastructure service Public Cloud Services and will be in contact with our clients, customers and suppliers.
- You are a reliable contact for all questions relating to the ordering, order processing and billing process of this IT service.
- To support service management, you will take on preparatory tasks for internal cost allocation or carry them out independently in the future.
- You take on various administrative tasks and activities, such as working with our Project Controlling Tool PCT to create PSP elements, Service-Agreement-Light preparation, master data maintenance, account assignment check or the compilation of consumption reports.
- You interact closely with IT service management and coordinate on various commercial issues.
- You answer customer inquiries in a timely manner and contact customers, e.g. on topics relating to internal cost allocation.
- You will increasingly familiarize yourself with the tasks of GBS service management in order to take over the tasks of the service manager in the near future.
- As part of our team, you ensure stable and efficient service processes and participate in customer projects that aim to further develop IT services and their performance.
**Your Profile**:
- The basis is your business bachelors degree or a 3-year business apprenticeship as well as qualified further training and additional specialist qualifications.
- You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- You enjoy working with numbers and can think in abstract terms.
- You can prioritize and manage tasks well even under time pressure.
- A certain affinity to IT topics and a basic understanding of cloud technology would be advantageous, however no in-depth technical knowledge is required.
- You have no difficulties in communicating with customers and you are familiar with the use of the typical communication channels.
- Personally, you are characterized by a structured and considerate way of working and enjoy working in a team.
- Business fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile.
