Web Developer
Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISimulations) is the leading developer of game-based, 3D simulation and training software. Used by military and commercial industries throughout the world, the BISimulations product suite is the standard game-based platform for mission rehearsal and tactical training.
Note that you must be able to appear in person in Prague for an interview.
**What will you be doing (this list is not exhaustive)**:
- Create new BISimulations websites and continue to enhance existing functionality
- Develop new web services that allow various systems to interact
- Work with an existing team to develop web tools for customer support
- Prototype and implement new solutions quickly and effectively
- Work out of our Prague, CZ office
**Mandatory Skills**:
- Experience developing Drupal 8/9 modules and themes and/or experience developing in WordPress 6.0
- Experience migrating Drupal sites from 7 to 8/9 and/or experience migrating to WordPress 6.0
**Bonus Skills**:
- Experience with Ajax
- Experience with various web services e.g soap/REST
- An understanding of LDAP (Lightweight directory access protocol)
- An ability to articulate and demonstrate creative design ideas.
- Version control: GitHub
- Strong skills in CSS, HTML, Javascript, Jquery
- Strong skills in MySQL
- Ability to execute tasks independently with little oversight
- Have strong written and oral English skills
- Have a very strong attention to detail
