Properly designs, develops, and implements systems that improve workflow - this is absolutely essential for this position.
- The ability to adjust and tune the systems is also a crucial component of the job and day-to-day operations.
- Experience with implementing warehouse management system is beneficial
**Job description**:
- Planning and coordinating manpower requirements to meet customer satisfaction. Overall headcount ~ 20, 3shift pattern currently
- Interprets company policies (e.g. 5S, 8D, kanban, milk run, gemba walk, LPA, etc.) to workers and enforces safety regulations
- Responsible for inbound, incoming, storing, internal material flow, dispatch and outbound
- Participates in the annual physical inventory and weekly cycle counts
- Develops a process plan including people, resources, equipment and floor space for each distribution receipt
- Establishes best warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Interfaces with other departments to ensure Inbound and outbound deadlines are met
- Trains new employees on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities utilized in the performance of their job
- Sets warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
**We require**:
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong people skills.
- Valid drivers license
- Czech language
