To support our mission, were looking for a creative Video Content Producer to help us produce more engaging video content and help us educate and grow our community via our YouTube channel.
**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a passion for creating engaging and informative video content, with a knack for storytelling that resonates with a technical audience.
- You have a track record in video recording, editing, and production, ideally with experience in creating content for companies similar to Apify.
- You are creative, with an eye for detail and a pulse on current video trends, especially in the tech and developer communities.
- You have experience managing YouTube channels, including content planning, SEO optimization, and audience engagement.
- You are a self-starter, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
- You know your way around editing software such as Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci.
- Your experience isn’t just limited to video editing, but you can quickly cook up new visuals like animations, thumbnails, video cards, and other designs as well.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Any technical background is a big plus, either in formal third-level education or in the trenches of another tech company.
**What you will be doing**:
- Creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content, including tutorials, product videos, and webinars for our YouTube channel and other digital platforms (i.e. TikTok).
- Collaborating with our Video Team and Design Team to develop video concepts that align with our brand and marketing strategies.
- Conducting A/B experiments with different thumbnails or video titles and descriptions and reporting on the results.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in video production and online content to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
**By the end of the first 3 months, we expect you to**:
- Gain a thorough understanding of Apifys products, brand identity, and audience. Familiarize yourself with our existing video content and style.
- Develop an efficient workflow for video production, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production processes.
- Produce and publish your first set of videos, demonstrating your grasp of our brand and technical content. This could include a mix of tutorials, product overviews, and webinar edits.
- Build strong working relationships with the main stakeholders.
**By the end of the first 6 months, we expect you to**:
- Actively contribute to the video content strategy, proposing new ideas and formats that align with our marketing goals and audience interests.
- Incorporate feedback from the team and audience to refine video content, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of both internal stakeholders and our viewers.
- See measurable growth in engagement and reach of our YouTube channel and other platforms.
- Establish a consistent and scalable cadence of high-quality video content, showcasing your ability to manage and deliver projects on schedule.
