**About the role**
SentinelOne is instrumental in powering the cybersecurity landscape with cutting-edge technology that connects and creates value for administrators, analysts and security experts. As our design team is growing quickly and transforming its role in the organization, we are searching for an experienced UX Manager to develop the team and the design system further. You will report to the UX Director and will work with the Product Design team and collaborate with engineering managers & product managers to deliver value and innovations at scale with well-crafted, delightful, performant experiences that customers love. You and your team will impact products that serve thousands of users from security teams at enterprise and government customers across the globe (incl. 3 of Fortune 10 and hundreds of Global 2000) and protect tens of millions of endpoints every day. You will contribute to safeguarding the worlds creativity, communications, and commerce on devices and in the cloud.
**What we are looking for?**
- Proven experience as a UX Manager with a specialization in design systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an understanding of remote working environments that span multiple time zones.
- Ability to manage and negotiate expectations in a collaborative remote environment
- Experience driving design improvements with a focus on the user experience.
- Proficiency in organizing backlogs and maintaining transparent roadmaps for multiple functional teams.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and complex projects and the relevant details.
**What you will do?**
Vision and Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams globally to develop and evolve a vision and strategy for the design system, ensuring it aligns with the unique needs of our cybersecurity product.
- Elevate the end-to-end user experience for our enterprise solution across various touch-points, considering a diverse global user base and customers.
- The ability to communicate and present design system strategy across organization so that it is utilized & understood
Backlog Management:
- Take ownership of the backlog, including projects, features, components, and visual assets ensuring it accommodates the needs of remote teams.
- Organize the backlog by priority and maintain a transparent roadmap across functional teams, facilitating effective remote collaboration.
Communication:
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills in working with cybersecurity experts, engineers, and external design collaborators across different time zones.
- Manage and negotiate expectations within the team and with business partners

Design Performance in High-Velocity Environment:
- Drive design performance in the fast-paced and high-security environment of cybersecurity, considering the challenges of a remote-first work setting.

- Collaborate closely with team members globally to integrate the design system workflow seamlessly into the product projects.
- Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and improvements in collaboration between the design system team and domain teams across different regions.
Documentation and Support:
- Work closely with the design system team to enhance documentation processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members in the cybersecurity domain, considering remote access.
