**About**:
- Lead the design of user interfaces that enhance user experiences across various digital platforms to ensure user satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other teams to translate business objectives into visually stunning and user-friendly designs.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design quality, working within agile development cycles for successful project delivery.
- Design for multiple brands and marketing channels, ensuring consistency with design guidelines and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging user experience patterns, and design best practices to keep our team ahead of the competition.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, ideation sessions, design critiques, and design reviews.
- Mentor and guide other UX designers, helping them develop successful careers in the field.
- Provide constructive feedback and receive input from colleagues across different roles and levels within the organization, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and creative work culture.
- Conduct user testing and validation to refine designs and align them with customer preferences and needs.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in user experience design principles, with exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- 5+ years of proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects particularly for web and digital environments.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and the rationale behind your decisions.
- A passion for user-centered design and improving customer experiences. Willingness and flexibility to efficiently update designs based on colleagues’, manager’s and stakeholder’s feedback.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and in multiple time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.

**Nice to have**:
