**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design and development of scalable and visually appealing user interfaces using React and Web components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration of UI components.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing expertise on UI development best practices, performance optimization, and code quality.
- Design and develop reusable UI components and libraries that adhere to established design patterns and guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and audits to ensure compliance with UI best practices and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UI development, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the user experience
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to architectural decisions related to UI development.
- Stay current with industry advancements and emerging UI technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI Lead Developer with expertise in React and Web components.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Angular and Vue is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate design mockups into interactive user interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
