Treasury Accountant

As a **Treasure Accountant**, you will be a member of Treasury team within General Ledger department in the Shared Service Centre. You will be responsible for varied activities connected with bank accounts as well as for supporting EMEA Treasury activities. You will be critical to the accuracy of the General ledger balances within treasury accounting team scope.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Treasury accounting activities: matching of payments and receipts with movements on bank accounts, monthly reconciliation of bank accounts to General Ledger, manual payments
- Loan accounting
- Cash pooling transactions processing, cash Flow, FX forecasting and other reporting
- Other General Ledger accounting activities and reconciliations
- Cooperation with various teams within PPG
- Cooperation with external and internal audit
- Communication with country finance personnel and banks
**Qualifications**
- Education in accounting/finance (High-school or University degree) or proven accounting skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Oracle/SAP and experience in a similar role in a multinational company is an advantage
- US GAAP experience and understanding SOX is advantage
- Attention to detail, numeracy skills, time management
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed team player with the ability to learn and work alone when necessary
