As a Transport Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that containers with beer are loaded on time and without additional costs, delivered safely to the final destination, and according to the customers specifications. You will closely coordinate with the inventory deployment team regarding beer availability and stock freshness, warehouses, carriers, and the documentation team. Utilizing your planning and organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to handle stress will be essential.
This role offers a great opportunity to enhance your time management skills, as well as proficiency in English and other languages depending on the exporting zone. Working with SAP, BuyCo (Ocean Transport Management System), Excel, and other Microsoft 365 tools will be part of your daily routine.

What will you be doing:
- Secure space on vessels by sending booking requests to carriers within defined deadlines.
- Follow up on ocean bookings and make necessary arrangements.
- Ensure data quality in the system.
- Drive continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate any ad-hoc issues and requests from your line manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide input on performance issues with carriers or loading sites.
- Offer visibility on the performance of external suppliers.
- Collaborate with the International Team of the Exporting Zone and the Global Team.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and take actions to improve service quality.
- Act as a backup for the line manager when needed.
What youll bring:
- Fluent in English + Spanish
- At least 1-2 years work experience in Logistics scope - Supply Chain overall and Logistics Transport or Warehousing
- MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook,..
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
- Highly customer & service-oriented mindset
