Support the Transport activities by ensuring correct & timely payment to Internal/External transport partners. Provide monthly follow-up of the transport performance vs. budget. Support the development and implementation of the EU Logistics Transport Strategy.
What will you be doing:
- Manage weekly/monthly admin routines with our logistics and transport partners (cost validation, billing proposal and invoicing)
- Maintain day to day administrative data in the systems
- Ventilate the transport costs into the relevant variable logistics costs (VLC) cost centers during the month end closing process with the country Budget & Business Performance Managers (BBP)
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and help define and implement the transport strategy
- Work in compliance with the legal requirements and internal accounting compliance rules
- Support the BBP and reporting teams to bring visibility on financial results (> $15,000 Mio yearly budget)
- Support the reporting process for domestic and Intercompany transport activities
- Building of appropriate relationships with all key stakeholders (Suppliers, Procurement, Transport Planning)
What youll bring:
- Experience in Administration or a FMCG Company for at least 1-2 years
- Experience in Supply chain overall or in Logistics Transport (beneficial)
- Experience in working with ERP preferred but not necessary
- MS Office - Word, Excel overall must be strong (Macros), Power point, Outlook,
