ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a passionate Trade Marketing Manager to lead impactful campaigns for our renowned Columbia and SOREL brands within Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. Reporting to the Marketing Director Europe, you will collaborate closely with Country Sales Managers to shape brand awareness and strategically boosting sell-thru and in-season sales. You will be responsible of planning ande and executing marketing campaigns across the main sporting goods and fashion accounts within your region, ensuring a comprehensive approach to market penetration. This opportunity is a chance to represent an international outdoor brand within a dynamic market and building collaboration at an European level.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
- Define, validate and deploy season marketing campaigns autonomously, aligning with global strategies in your region for effective sell-in and sell-out support.
- Craft impactful digital and non-digital campaigns for major B&M, multichannel, and digital accounts, as well as partner stores (franchised distributors) driving sell-through and in-season sales growth.
- Set, analyze, and optimize KPIs for trade marketing campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and effective performance tracking.
- Serve as the primary contact for account-related marketing queries, managing asset supply, content creation, and collaboration with external partners.
- Act as the expert of your region for the Brand & PR Marketing EU team located in Geneva (EMEA HQ)
YOU ARE
- An outdoor enthusiast and passionate about the sportswear industry
- Self-driven person, who can work autonomously and manage priorities
- An open minded person able to evolve in a multi-cultural environment and lead discussion with diverse stakeholders
- Good at managing and coordinating multiple projects at the same time
- Able to use your data analytics skills to make recommendation based on figures
- An excellent communicator and can express yourself in Czech and English (Polish is an asset)
YOU HAVE
- A degree in Marketing or related field and least 5 years of experience in managing in-store marketing campaigns, experience with online campaigns
- A background in the sportswear or fashion industry, within a brand
- Sound understanding of retail dynamics and related key performance indicators
- Experience in working in a multi-national, multi-cultural and multi-lingual business environment.
- Experience to operate and quickly adapt in a fast growing and continuously changing business environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Adobe Suite
