Who were looking for:
- 5- 10 years of experience in delivering IT solutions, specifically for insurance companies
- Capable of thinking creatively and tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions.
- Passionate about the latest IT trends, cloud solutions, and digital innovation in the insurance sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for collaborating with clients and presenting project outcomes.
- Broad understanding of insurance processes and products, with at least a basic grasp of the legislative framework and regulations.
- Experience managing teams to deliver IT services effectively.
