Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role in a tech-driven company.
• Expertise in cross-platform mobile app development (ideally with React Native or similar frameworks).
• Strong backend development experience in relevant languages and systems, not limited to Django, Python, and Stripe.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, including building UML diagrams and mapping out clear development interfaces.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams, ideally with teams located in Poland.
• Ability to balance high-level oversight with hands-on technical work, providing both strategic vision and practical guidance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse technical team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience from a blend of startups and larger organizations.
• 3+ years of tech lead experience.
• Experience working in IoT or mobility industries.
• Experience scaling systems in a high-growth environment.

Bonus qualifications:

• Strong background in IoT-connected systems, including experience with BLE and GSM technologies.
• Familiarity with app analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) and A/B testing frameworks.

Role Overview:
As the Technical Team Lead, you will work directly with the CTO and oversee our talented software team, which includes frontend and backend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps, located primarily in Poland. This role is critical in shaping the system architecture and ensuring the vision is technically sound and well-implemented. You will collaborate closely with the Business Analyst, Technical Product Manager, and developer teams to design and implement systems that drive our innovation.
