The GTS-C Product Supervisor is a supporting leadership role in Global Tech Support organization responsible for 3rd and 4th line of tech support within our Central Service organization, enabling perfect New Product Introduction and providing support remote and on-site to our customers. The Digital Lead (Supervisor) will be leading Supervisor for Digital Product portfolio, reporting into GTS Central SW & Digital Manager.
Either based at our sites in Eindhoven, Netherlands or Brno, Czechia.
The digital product portfolio supervisor will act as key partner representing service organizations in all company processes related to Digital Portfolio. Other key responsibilities will include project management, driving improvement activities and deploying service strategy into your organization and your product portfolio. At this senior position will be expected to lead global activities which our outside Digital Product portfolio too.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Experience in People management - consistent track of record in leading small teams over 2 years (Ideally in service/customer centric department) - or consistent record to do so
- Experience with NPI processes in Digital environment, Process and Project management
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related technical/software field.
- Experience with problem-solving methodology (Example Kepner-Tregoe)
- Knowledge of electron microscopy will be an advantage
Soft skills typically required will be a combination of adaptive communication (written, verbal) and a proactive and customer centric approach. Also, experience with leading people, projects, reporting to higher management. Consistent track record working independently on multiple tasks, while interacting with multi-functional, cross-cultural teams. An outgoing personality, while demonstrating strong influencing/negotiation skills and being able to communicate sophisticated technical/process concepts to various audiences.
**What is needed**
- Excellent communication ability (both face-to-face as via mail) and influencing skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences is important to the success in this position
- Pro-active and customer focused approach. Hard-working, Self-steering and outgoing personality.
- Proven record to work well with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- English written and spoken min. level B2

**Supervisor Role**:
- Acting as an effective champion of the field service organization within the factory (focus on Agile Development & PMP)
- Resource management to ensure constant quality and output of technical support, using resource planning, prioritization and individual development plans
- Ensures GTS team results are fulfilled in line with globally accepted standard methodologies, company strategy, vision and policy, following the effective documents IMS, EMS and leading documentations
