Technical Sales Support (Part-time)

**What will be your main tasks?**
- Work in cross-functional teams on directing and working with technical pre-sales and consulting
- Provide technical support to inquiries from Regional and International Cranes Sales stakeholders for cranes projects including product and system businesses
- Handle quotation requests for internal and external suppliers
- Support the components, system, or solution designer in realizing detailed technical solutions
- Cooperating with specialists of other disciplines or faculties (management, business administration, legal), and coordinating the technical interfaces for successful order processing
- Track, document, and report development progress regularly
- Prepare spare parts offers for defined products, system, and project businesses
- Participation in or support of orders / contracts
- Technical, logístical, and commercial clarification of incoming orders up to commissioning / guarantee fulfillment as well as order control
**What do we expect?**
- You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- You are a team player, with motivational skills to deliver under time pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP, and a strong technical understanding
- One or two years of professional experience in the areas of proposal management, order execution, or process management can be an advantage
- Business fluent English is a must, German language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally
