For this project, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for all the activities related to the Office migration on the technical side worldwide.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain project plan (MS Project) and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities
- Management of all details related to connectivity, comms rooms / DCs or devices, including the meetings with the sites and the teams who will design the technical details of the establishing of the new offices
- PMO role coordinating, keeping track of all of the tasks, following up and communicating across all sites involved in the transition
- Establish project governance, managing risks and issues
- Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
- Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
- Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools
- Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience movement or construction projects in the area of IT and understand the related requirements in such areas
- Infrastructure topics and sites transition experience
- A service-oriented mindset and always striving to deliver on tasks and projects
- Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow directions and best practices
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) communication skills
- Friendly, supportive and flexible personality with quick learning ability
- Good team player with planning and organizing skills & multi-task
