As a Technical Support Specialist, youll leverage your Java and SQL expertise to resolve customer issues on the internal company applications and provide an exceptional support experience on enterprise-level applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using Java and SQL
Support customers in real-time via chat, phone, and online channels
Track and manage cases in the ticketing system
Communicate issue statuses effectively with customers
Create and update resources for the User Community and internal knowledge base
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
Požadujeme
Practical experience with SQL and Java
Bachelors degree in IT
At least 1 year in tech support, development, IT or QA
Fluency in English to collaborate with international colleagues
Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
