**Job Description** Responsibilities**:
- Manage, coach, and engage your team, thus building strong team spirit
- On-board newcomers, thus ensuring flawless employee experience from the very start
- Manage various requests of team members and handle them on a timely manner
- Continuously develop the team according to current needs to deliver required results
- Handle disciplinary cases and manage on-spot situations
- Establish and foster cross-departmental cooperation
- Analyze employee data and manage monthly bonus distribution
- Manage different projects at the same time set by direct managers proposing initiatives that would benefit department
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in people management, preferably in retail, sales, customer support or gaming industries
- Ability to build strong business relationships with team members and colleagues
- Demonstrated high level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Proactive and results-driven approach, with logical thinking and decisiveness
- Flexibility for shift work schedule
- Excellent proficiency in both Czech and English languages
- Resilience in overcoming objections and a tenacious, determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles
