The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will lead a diverse team to drive efficiency and excellence in AP processes.What will be your tasks? * Lead and develop a multinational and multicultural AP team. * Support your direct reports and colleagues in AP processes. * Drive improvement initiatives and process automation within the team. * Monitor measures to ensure the achievement of defined operational and quality targets (KPIs). * Evaluate, process, and support various customer requests, such as process analysis. * Collaboration with colleagues, managers, and other P2P teams on internal initiatives leading to higher efficiency and productivity increase. * Lead regular meetings with customers and resolve potential customer queries.Does this sound like you? * You are an independent, organized, and engaged individual who excels at managing processes. * You have a strong orientation towards people and customers. * You thrive on driving changes and supporting management team decisions. * Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) are top-notch. * Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) are your everyday companions. * Experience in people management?
