**Required skills**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent background in economics or management.
- At least 3 years of work experience in management positions.
- Proficiency in English and Russian (Intermediate to Upper Intermediate level - B2-C1).
- Strong ability to work with large amounts of information.
- Perseverance, accuracy in document management, responsibility, and initiative.
- Skilled in negotiation to maintain and establish business relationships.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, capable of working with various specialists.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsibility for management of relationship with suppliers: evaluation, negotiation, contracting; etc.
- Active search for new business opportunities, distribution channels; market and competitor activity research.
- Establish, deepen and maintain long-term business relationships with suppliers.
- Creating a product line, working with a supplier’s portfolio.
- Business negotiations, planning, organizing and conducting.
- Cooperation in development of company’s business and marketing strategies and plans.
- Internal coordination of new supplier’s implementation: coordination with the development team, legal and financial departments atd).
- Promoting the company’s reputation, representing its financial, sales, marketing and value interests.
- Maintaining and updating a database of all supplier‘s accounts.
- Participation in trade fairs, exhibitions and other promotional events.
- Regular reporting of development of supplier‘s accounts.
- Other ancillary activities directly or indirectly related to the processing of relatinship with suppliers.
