Talent Enablement Specialist

**Maternity leave cover - ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠initial contract until the end of June 2026**
The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs and initiatives within IT organization. The role plays a crucial role in identifying and nurturing the skills and potential of employees, ensuring their professional growth and development. The Talent Development Specialist collaborates with various stakeholders, including HR, managers, and employees, to create a culture of continuous learning and development.
What you will do
- ** Design and implement talent development programs**: Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives to enhance employees skills, knowledge, and performance. This may include leadership development, technical training, soft skills development, and career development programs
- ** Identify training needs**: Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to identify areas where training and development interventions are required. Collaborate with managers and HR to align training initiatives with organizational goals and individual development plans
- ** Create learning materials**: Develop and update training materials, resources, and e-learning modules to support training programs. Ensure that learning materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with adult learning principles
- ** Evaluate training effectiveness**: Assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and metrics. Continuously improve training initiatives based on feedback and data analysis
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Talent Development Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of talent development principles, adult learning theories, and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Flexible with a ‘can-do’ approach
