**Responsibilities**:
- Drive complete talent acquisition process for assigned roles within all departments
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment activities for open roles in FEG
- Lead hiring action toward successfully closing vacancies
- Act as a Brand Ambassador,
- Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, employer events, projects, etc.
- Stakeholder management: build & maintain a trusted partnership with your hiring managers and their teams
- Understand their needs and be ready to advise them in recruitment. Be ready to go the extra mile and deliver coaching and training concerning hiring skills to your managers.
- Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- Taking part in various projects connected with Talent Acquisition or even broader within FEG locally in Prague, as well as company-wide initiatives with other FEG locations
**We Require****:
- Knowledge of headhunting practices, strong network
- Professional in Competency-based interviewing skill
- Professional on LinkedIn and other search engines
- Ability to understand the business requirement and to choose the right hiring strategy
- Understanding of CZ market is an advantage
- Advanced level of communication skills
- English on an advanced level
- Drive, self-governance, and result-orientation
