System Data Analyst in Sales Department

General Position Description:

If you have an analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working with data and spreadsheets, we are looking for you! In this role, you will be a key player for the Sales Department, managing and updating data in the QAD system, coordinating pricing conditions, and ensuring the accuracy of customer and product information.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Data management in the QAD system – creating, updating, and coordinating customer accounts and products, etc.
• Coordinating pricing conditions in the system – managing price lists, updating prices in the system, identifying prices based on conditions and scales.
• Ensuring the accuracy of customer, product, and billing information – checking and resolving discrepancies, data cleaning.
• Creating reports for the Sales Department – uploading order data, analyzing stock levels, pricing conditions, and invoicing.
• Contributing to process optimization – automating reports, improving data analysis, implementing new projects in QAD.
• Cross-departmental communication – supporting the Sales Department, daily cooperation with Sales Managers, Customer Service, AW Specialists, and Production Technology.

✔️ You are precise, detail-oriented, organized, and systematic. You like working with spreadsheets and maintaining data accuracy. Experience working with the QAD ERP system is an advatage

✔️ You communicate effectively, proactively gather information, and are not afraid to collaborate across departments.

✔️ You have advanced knowledge of Excel (functions, pivot tables, automation).

✔️ You have a communicative level of English (at least B1) for internal communication and reporting.

✔️ You can handle stress and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

✔️ You are not afraid to take responsibility for your work.
