To strengthen our Systems and Reporting group in the Corporate Controlling department, we are currently looking for a
**System Controller / SAP CO**
**Responsibilities**:
- Project work as part of the SAP S/4HANA introduction for site Pilsen, ensuring solutions meets business and Group Controlling requirements
- Controlling Closing, Service and Planning processes (focus on Wacker Pilsen)
- Global user and access management
- As a member of a cross-departmental team, you will further develop the company-wide
- Controlling S/4HANA strategy (focus on the implementation of one controlling area and margin analysis), starting with the analysis of data sources, through the modeling of data and business logic, to the design of reports
- Key user for the Controlling department in Group and digitization projects (e.g. evaluation of new AI tools for use in the company, process modeling with SAP Signavio )
**Job Requirements**
- University degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable fields
- Good knowledge of business administration methods and procedures
- Good SAP knowledge, first experience with the SAP Module CO desirable
- Team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a high affinity for numbers, processes, and IT-related topics
- Fluent English language skills, German is an advantage
