**SW Architect **for Advanced Analog products**

Our software solutions implement production quality software for our advanced analog devices, such as programmable power management ICs, battery management ICs and in-vehicle networking (CAN, LIN) transceivers. Such devices allow customers high degree of customization, which brings increased complexity of the software. Providing safe and qualified software, or at least example software attached to our microcontrollers and advanced auxiliary devices is now considered a must for customers. The software products are supporting the requirements defined by AUTOSAR standard, ISO 26262 standard, as well as the requirements from our Automotive customers.
As SW Architect, you will be responsible for SW product architecture and the development of platform software architectures for Advance Analog products. You you will contribute to definition of embedded software that enables the latest innovations in the field of in-vehicle networking, power management, drivers and energy systems. You will also play an active role in definition of SW setting system performance targets, performance optimizations, debugging complex system issues and as needed interface with customers for technical discussions.

**Your responsibilities**
- Review the SW System requirements and discuss internally with the teams the impact
- Create, update, and review the high-level architecture documents
- Collaborate with hardware, marketing, and other functional teams to determine software and system performance requirements
- Lead technical CCB meetings
- Analyse change requests that impact SW components
- Handles customer technical topics and questions
- Review customer facing documents that includes software and tools

**Your profile**
To be successful in this role you have:
- Expertise in automotive embedded SW architecture and development
- Understanding of the Automotive electronic and software industry
- Experience in estimation, requirements management, architecture specification etc.
- Hands-on with various software development methodologies
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with more than 5 years of automotive industry experience
- Experience in software design and software architecture for real time systems
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle from requirements to maintenance
- Working knowledge of Ethernet/CAN/LIN/SPI
- Practicing software quality methodologies involving reviews, code quality analysis, documentation, FMEA etc
- Exposure to coding standards (MISRA)
- Strong social competence and ability to work across and integrate multi-cultural teams and interfaces
- Excellent English communication skills
