Support Specialist (Last Mile)

**Job Description**:
**Your main responsibilities**
- You will support the development of Allegros last mile network
- You will ensure the correct completion and circulation of documents and permits related to the development and management of the network
- You will support the expansion team in their daily work
- You will coordinate the handling of website notifications and the verification processes of commercial facilities of current and future customers
- You will help design, create and maintain CRM
- You will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of Last Mile KPIs and terms of cooperation with clients
- You will support the analysis of the commercial real estate market
- You will provide a high level of customer service in direct relations with them
- You will conduct negotiations to supplement or modify contracts - both price and content
- You will develop collaboration with project stakeholders from across the company to address requirements and opportunities to optimize processes and technologies
- You will help in developing elements of a strategy for selecting appropriate locations for the development of the Allegro network
- You will support the creation of presentations as needed (e.g. informing stakeholders about the project status)
- You will develop, implement and optimize processes
- You will create project schedules along with their scope and budget and supervise their implementation

- You have professional experience in supporting a distributed team in the area of expansion / commercial real estate
- You are familiar with the content of the lease/cooperation agreement
- You have experience in Project Management methodologies and tools
- You have experience in gathering business requirements
- You have highly developed communication skills
- You have developed critical thinking skills, innovation and are proactive
- You are distinguished by a natural passion for organizing and planning
- You have energy and determination in pursuing their goals and are ready to work under heavy loads and tight deadlines
- You are fluent in Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel)
- You speak English at a communicative level
