**About the role**
- As the Supply Chain Controller_ _for Carrier, you’ll _manage the monthly, weekly and adhoc supply chain reports. Cooperation with colleagues to achieve expected results is a key. _You’ll_ coordinate intercompany and 3rd party claims with focus on speed to meet customer requirements. Also review Supply Chain procedures and look for improvements and synergies with other processes across the company. _You’ll_ solve issues in SAP and IDocs and be a sparring partner and back up for the Supply Chain Manager_. _

**Requirements**:
We are looking for people who are creative, proactive, decision-makers, team workers and effective communicators. Ability to have positive mindset as well as pragmatic and analytical approach will help you a lot at this position. **If this is you, get in touch!**
**As a minimum you must have**:
- SAP, 2+ years hands on experience in module MM
- Excel - advanced functions, Pivot table
- Understanding of purchasing process & warehouse process
- Czech & English language (daily use)
**Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have**:
- Technical background or education
- Driving license B
**Responsibilities**
As the Supply Chain Controller, you’ll be responsible for:
**Master data**
- Purchasing procedures review
- Cleaning/update/supporting documents for creation preparation
- Info records, source list, price update
**Reports**
- Month closing reports
- Regular weekly reports
- SC reports based on HQ/Area management requests
- Regular controls of unprocessed IDocs, not delivered orders, materials in closed projects etc.
**Claims**
- Manages intercompany and 3rd party claims
- Keep and maintain evidence and statistics of claims
- Cooperation with installation department
- Creates Invoice requests for approved claims
**SAP Key User**
- Support Supply Chain department in SAP modules MM, LE
- Optimize processes and cooperate with consultants on improvements and changes
- Issue solving and ticket creation in ServiceNow
**Projects**
- Cooperation in implementation new projects
**Back up**
- Back up od Supply Chain manager CZ&SK in its unavailability
- Approves of purchase orders, Invoices
