We are seeking a new team member to join our regional iHR Hub as a Module Expert, specializing in the Employee Central module of SuccessFactors and Digital HR. As part of our international team dedicated to HR digitalization, your primary responsibility will be supporting the implementation of Employee Central in the CEE region. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing development and post go-live support of the SAP SuccessFactors suite in multiple countries. An exciting aspect of your role will involve leveraging Digital HR tools, such as the digital folder, document generation tool, and e-signature, to promote smart working principles and a paperless office environment.
**About the job**:
- Take charge of the technical implementation and maintenance of already launched countries utilizing the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors, while supporting the digitalization and modernization of HR processes across the CEE region (10 countries).
- Drive the further development of Digital HR tools, playing a vital role in the transformation of people management practices.
- Bridge the gap between HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Assume responsibility for the technical aspects of the solution, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of related issues.
- Coordinate release management and evaluate change requests to facilitate continuous service improvements.
- Collaborate closely with regional colleagues and country representatives.
**Requirements for the position**:
- Experience in implementing HR cloud-based solutions in a similar capacity, preferably with expertise in Employee Central of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with Digital HR practices is advantageous.
- Understanding of technical aspects such as configuration, business rules, and workflows.
- Proven coordination and prioritization skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+; primary language of communication).
