Strategic Transformation Manager
Požadavky: we are searching for an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to work closely with leadership in a global business services environment, helping to steer transformation projects from concept through to implementation. In this role, you will support business leaders in translating their strategy into organizational and people-related change. You’ll play a key role in managing and facilitating change initiatives, focusing on "new ways of working" and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

* Collaborate with leadership to define and implement transformation strategies.
* Facilitate workshops and change management initiatives, driving adoption of new processes and technologies.
* Develop tailored solutions to meet business needs and support people-related transformations.
* Analyze data to support decision-making and track the effectiveness of change initiatives.
who we are looking for
* Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in management, strategy, or transformation consulting.
* Expertise in change management, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
* Proven experience in leading strategic projects, especially in multinational environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for people and transformation.
* Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
