**Job Description**:
Under the direction of the Supplier Management & Enablement Systems Excellence team within Global Procurement, the incumbent is responsible for interacting with stakeholders globally to execute activities using systems, process and information to optimize efficiencies and gain insight into business performance, support fact-driven decisions, and communicate opportunities for sustained improvement. More specifically, the incumbent is expected to understand the alignment between business strategy and systems/process/information requirements and develop hypothesis formulation, options assessment and recommendations in order to improve customer service, reduce cost and risk and improve compliance, policies, process design and service levels.
**Primary Activities**
- Support the production support activities across Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) module. This includes comprehensive understanding of the interdependencies with Master Data Governance (MDG) module and Buying & Invoicing (B&I) module
- Execute the Supplier Enablement and Catalog Management strategy (including planning and pipeline), procedures, and communications to business users
- Interface with external suppliers to drive and execute supplier integrations
- Help drive alignment across IT, Tax, global process owners, and Procurement to successfully manage and drive supplier integrations
- Execute process improvements to optimize utilization of the tools and educate stakeholders and other support organizations such as AMS and BSC
- Support ongoing monitoring of the process using data to ensure adoption and address gaps in adoption
- Align with other members of the production support team to understand downstream and upstream impacts or changes to ensure continuity of the end to end process
**Position Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of our organization
- Strong IT background
- Robust knowledge of the our Global Design for Ariba
- Strong network with IT, AMS, Business Support Centers, Global Process Owners and Procurement globally
- Robust knowledge of how Ariba Network, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Buying and Invoicing Modules of Ariba are connected and aligned with Supplier Enablement
- Bachelors degree
