A LITTLE ABOUT US

ORLEN Unipetrol is the only oil processor in the Czech Republic, the largest plastics producer and the owner of the largest network of ORLEN Benzina petrol stations. We employ nearly 6,000 employees and are the largest employer in the Ústí nad Labem region. We are also the owner of the hockey club HC Verva Litvínov and ORLEN Team Dakar. As part of the ORLEN Unipetrol Group, we play a key role in the Czech petroleum products market.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION?

* Lead and execute comprehensive sponsorship projects from conception to completion
* Develop and implement strategic communication activities within ongoing projects
* Evaluate sponsorship activities and measure ROI
* Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials
* Coordinate partnerships with sponsored companies, institutions, and individuals
* Manage influencer relationships for special activities
* Organize press conferences in collaboration with PR team
* Drive the implementation of marketing and branding strategies
* Optimize and integrate events and sponsorships across the group
* Develop and execute marketing plans
* Ensure smooth execution of internal and external events

WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?

* Proven track record in sponsorship and event management (minimum 8 years experience)
* Deep understanding of marketing and sponsorship strategies
* Strong analytical thinking and project management skills
* Excellence in multitasking and deadline-driven environments
* Advanced English language skills (both written and spoken)
* Strategic mindset with ability to drive innovation
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
