Join our new role of a ServiceNow SPM Domain Architect that focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module within ServiceNow.
**Your main duties and responsibilities are**:
- **Development of ServiceNow Solutions**:Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow solutions
- **Providing technical expertise and participating in the implementation of the new ServiceNow functionalities**:
- **Documentation of ServiceNow architecture for use internally**:
- **Contribution to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery**:
- **Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties**
**You will be a great fit for this role if you have **
- Bachelors/Masters degree in a technology field such as computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with ServiceNow at least 4 years from implementation role
- CSA certificate is required, CIS SPM is a plus
- 4+ years of experience with scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB)
- Domain expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a plus
- Project management skills
- Advanced communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs
- Fluent English
