What will be your responsibilities
* manage the complete sourcing process of private label products within specified categories under the best conditions in line with the overall strategy
* develop and execute sourcing strategies on the subcategory level
* contribute to cost base reduction by realizing purchase spend coverage growth
* ensure positive development of the specified subcategories by improving price and other conditions
* manage the complete administration process and proactively act upon prolongation/ renewal/ resignation of contracts
* build further on Private Label development
* comply with the goals/standards set on healthy living, sustainable trade, community engagement, good trading and climate actions
* follow market trends
* effective stakeholder management
What we expect from you
* 2 years experience in retail business
* University degree preferred
* experience with negotiation and category management
* very strong communication and negotiation skills
* advanced English and Czech
* proactive
* strong in planning and organizing
* motivation to work in international environment
