Sourcing Leader (Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia)
**What will your new role involve?**
- Managing Key Account Management Team responsible for proactive sourcing & acquisition of new merchants to our marketplace platform
- Maintaining the portfolio of existing merchants to ensure the performance expectations and country metrics are met (GMV, Price, Selection, Key & international brand acquisition, and Campaign sourcing).
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners (merchants) and brands within given categories
- Implementing the given categorys commercial plan for sourcing key vendors
- Co-creating and enforcing merchant development plans in the category, including promotions, commercial campaigns, etc.
- Monitoring the growth of key merchants and identifying initiatives to support their development and help their business thrive
- Providing insights on relevant changes to key partners by working with the training team to educate and support merchants in the category
- Working closely with the Category Owners, DEX / Merchant Teams, Customer Experience (CEX), Legal, and Commerce teams to optimize solutions and build a comprehensive knowledge of the tools available and how they can be used
**What skills will help you to excel in this role?**
- Advanced level of English (C1); Hungarian, Slovenian or Croatian language is not required, but will be a huge advantage
- Sales/business development experience (preferably in e-commerce)
- Substantial knowledge of the South markets and its specifics in terms of e-commerce (largest players and brands, potential partners, etc.)
- Ability to manage an international sales team
- Proven track record of business development, acquisitions, account management and negotiation experience
- Great communication skills and networking
- Adaptability and flexibility - e-comm is a dynamic business, so things may change rapidly
