We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Assistant who will provide administrative support and data maintenance for Sourcing Managers in execution of sourcing tactics and sourcing plans. You will be a part of the Central and Southern Europe (CSE) Sourcing team so you will have the opportunity to support our international brand activities.

What will be your responsibilities

* supporting CSE (Central South Europe) brand activities
* executing sourcing strategy according to Sourcing Managers guidelines, including regular monitoring and updates
* inserting data and keeping sourcing information updated
* detecting price differences, checking the accuracy and when necessary take necessary steps to recover
* proactivity in overcoming distortions in the data process and signaling and solving progress issues on time
* maintenance of all Sourcing supplier data processes and be responsible for data quality
* preparing reports, regular monitorings and updates
* communication - internally and externally (support)
* contributing to projects, processes and data improvement together with Sourcing Managers

What we expect from you

* secondary school
* fluent in English and Czech
* at least 2 years of experience in similar position
* MS Office advanced skills
* punctuality
* data orientated
* conversational skills
* organizational skills
