**The project and the role description**:
We are looking for **Solution Architect SAP** **who would join a project for **our** **Swedish client, a global leader in outdoor power equipment.**
**Position Summary**:
Solution Architect/SAP Data migration lead. You will be a part of the transformation program, reporting to Data mangement lead. Your migration team is a global team and you will be working in a complex environment with 50+ ERPs
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of Migration experts
- Plan and coordinate activities both within the team and with local data superusers
- Secure an end to end architechture for migration between source (many) and target (SAP)
- Engage with stakeholders and functional experts and leads to secure data migration design
**Required skills or techniques**:
- Leadership skills with previous experience of managing teams
- Proven track record of leading SAP migration.
- Ability to take full ownership of migration, including planning and status reporting.
- Structured way of working.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- SAP S/4 Experience
- Syniti experience a plus
