**Job description**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Architect to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. As a Software Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing Battery Management System (BMS) architecture, contributing to the advancement of automotive technology.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development of Software Architecture specification for BMS, focusing on defining interfaces, mapping CAN signals, and distributing functional requirements.
- Take ownership of defining Software modules and determining required run-time resources such as RAM, ROM, and EEPROM.
- Collaborate closely with Software developers and integrators to ensure seamless integration and adherence to established processes.
- Provide support to system suppliers during integration and manage presentations, reviews, and releases of results.
- Work collaboratively with international project teams to achieve project objectives.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in software architecture, requirements engineering, or software development, preferably in accordance with ASPICE processes.
- Familiarity with automotive electronics, control units, buses, communication protocols, and diagnosis.
- Experience with architecture definition tools such as AUTOSAR, Enterprise Architect, or System Composer is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Model-Based Development tools like MATLAB/SIMULINK is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus.
- Strong team player with a service-oriented working style and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
