We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to drive our TikTok account within our markets to show our magic of tech tools and much more. This position is more about strategy and leadership rather than creativity. If you are interested, keep reading!

What to expect in the position:

• Increase awareness and encourage trial of the Notino App among and our magic of tech in key markets.
• Develop a comprehensive activity calendar and posting plan to ensure timely and relevant content distribution.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of content and media support.
• Implement strategies for optimization based on data insights.
• Supervise creatation of engaging and informative content (Reel videos, mood photos with collaboration with influencers)

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty or retail sectors.
• Experience with TikTok more than 3 years.
• Strong understanding of B2C marketing and communication strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience in optimizing campaigns based on data.
• Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and a deep understanding of current trends in social media.
• This position can be performed from Prague or Brno, but still our main offices are in Brno, so if you join us, there is need for you to be here with us at least some time from the beginning to get to know everything :).
• Knowledge of Czech and English language on level B2.
