Shop Employee
Were looking for a motivated and driven Shop Employee for our (COMPANY NAME) shop at the bus station Florenc in Prague, who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- You will be responsible for handling bookings, cancellations, and refunds for (COMPANY NAME) tickets at the point of sale
- You will welcome customers and respond assertively to their requests by offering them the different routes and destinations available on the (COMPANY NAME) network
- You are strong in suggestions for optimizing sales processes and developing Customer satisfaction and turnover
- You will be responsible for cash management
- You will support the check-in of customers, manage, and optimize the departure and arrival of buses
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- Education in tourism, business, sales, commerce, management, or similar field
- First experience of working as a reservation/sales agent and managing a cash desk
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable, dynamic, and motivated to work in a team
- Good persuasive, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Very good level of Czech and another European language (preferably English)
- Time flexibility during our working hours (Monday - Sunday)
