Service Efficiency Manager

And our mission is also stellar – to protect our clients in the event of sudden life events, such as a loss of income due to loss of employment or long-term illness.We are currently looking for an Efficiency manager, who will help us with monitoring and improvement of our service delivery. It is not a leadership role.And what will be your responsibility? Streamlining operation processes and systems to enhance our productivity!This role covers following activities * Ensuring regular updates in Service Catalouge based on changing business needs * Cooperating on defining measurable KPIs * Preparing comprehensive internal and client facing presentations * Cooperating with other managers on streamlining & automation of their processes * Establishing document management processes, systems and tools * Providing regular and ad-hoc analysis of performanceYour profile * Fluent English spoken and written * Great communication and presentation skills * You are familiar with external IT standards (ITIL, ISO, etc.) * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and MS Visio * Knowledge of task management systems - JIRA, Azure DevOps/TFS... * Working knowledge of Sharepoint and Confluence is a big advantageWhat we offer * Possibility to work in a dynamic and professional team in an international company with a strong background. * Flexibility in the form of a flexible working week, when you choose the beginning and end of your working hours. * A wide range of interesting benefits (5 weeks of vacation, free days, 18.000 points per year to cafeteria for culture, sport, education and other activities; meal vouchers, generous pension contribution, etc.). * The opportunity to learn from experts in your field, you can look forward to professional and soft trainings with us.
