As a Service Desk Analyst at DHL IT Services, you will play a crucial role in connecting and supporting our business partners. Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in a similar Service Desk or Help Desk role, handling IT support requests.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and incident management processes.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and costumer skills in French and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or ITIL Foundation are plus.

Hi, my name is Salvatore Rizzotti and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2022 when I took a role as Service Desk Analyst in the Italian and UK Service Desk team. In DHL I found out that if you want to grow, there is always a possibility, so finally in 2024 I was promoted to Team Leader position for France and Italy.
