Service Delivery / Management Intern - Part Time

**Interning as a Service Delivery / Management Intern, you will**:
- Helping a Service Delivery Specialist to analyze Incidents / Service Requests and follow up with respective support teams on findings.
- Helping a Service Delivery Specialist to analyze data required for audits
- Analyze Configuration Items (Support Groups, Support Groups members, Service Requests Forms, etc.) in ServiceNow system and identify any deviations
- Helping a Service Delivery Specialist in preparation for hypercare meetings
**What should you know / have**:
- General understanding of IT
**What will you do / learn**:
- You will learn how to work Service Delivery methodology and best practice in this area
- You will learn Agile and DevOps technics
- You will learn how to work in multicultural environment and build relationships
