Senior UX/UI Designer @ MR Lab

Requirements:
Al least 4+ years of commercial experience with UX/UI design;
Experience in working with complex information-heavy products and interaction (crm, dashboards, etc.);
Must have a strong portfolio;
Ability to understand complex business and system requirements and translate them to high-quality design solutions;
Understanding and extensive experience in producing high-level composition (layout, typography, colors);
Experience in working with complex information-heavy products and interaction;
High skills in low and high-fidelity prototyping;
Developing design system/UI Library;
Analytical, problem-solving mindset;
Conducting user interviews and usability testing;
Good spoken and written English level (B2);
Ability to work with a few projects simultaneously.

Will be a plus:
Experience in the lead position;
Conducting Design Knowledge-sharing;
Certificate of Education in UX / UI Design.
