Senior UX Designer - Tourism, Long Term Allocation
Are you an experienced UX designer looking for a long-term allocation? Come and strengthen a large international team in the tourism industry, which is based in the center of Prague.
**What will you do**:
- Work as a full-time senior UX designer for a large tourism company
- Communicate in English daily
- Be part of the digital transformation and make business more efficient
- Help find and resolve dysfunctional areas, bring in solutions in line with our business goals and user stories
- Make sure that the new solutions meet the needs of our business partners, are intuitive and user-friendly
**What we need**:
- **Expert experience**:
- Experience with UX/UI for minimum 4 years (research methodologies, practices, setting up interviews and questions)
- Knowledge and experience of Human Cantered Design (HCD) practices
- Service design and understanding end to end processes
- Experienced with agile setup
- Proactivity and determination to learn about the projects and processes
- Friendly attitude and being open-minded to discuss design and solutions with people from different areas
- Strive for efficiency and effectiveness
- Fluency in English, Czech is advantage
