Senior UX Designer

IDC is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design and development of our innovative digital products. You will report to the Vice President of User Experience and Design and play a key role across our portfolio, particularly focusing on advancing our AI strategy. Your contributions will span a range of AI-powered initiatives, including our self-service software sourcing platform, which utilizes IDC's proprietary research data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle to achieve the product vision.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to product launch, ensuring impactful user experiences.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and user flows using tools like Figma to test and enhance product experiences.
• Utilize UX research to validate design decisions and effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders.
• Drive strategy and decision-making regarding product direction, owning feature designs across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in end-to-end product design with strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects with minimal supervision and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize diverse perspectives into actionable design solutions.
• Passion for accessible and inclusive design with expert experience in Figma.
