About the Role:
- What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent acquisition needs and opportunities.Implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to different markets.-
- Manage the recruitment process using our applicant tracking system, and regularly update and maintain requisition reporting.-
- Proactively expand sourcing channels by utilizing social media, participating in networking events, conferences, and career fairs.-
- Attract technical talent and foster pipeline growth through the implementation of targeted strategies.-
- Develop and implement recruitment metrics such as supply and demand analysis and local market compensation analysis.-
- Continuously improve our Talent Acquisition/HR services by identifying best practices and streamlining processes.-
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer branding strategy initiatives.Who You Are:
- You bring over 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition role, with corporate experience (ideally at a multi-national/global technology company).In-depth knowledge of the Prague and Czech markets.-
- Managing and sustaining a volatile volume of open positions across the company is where you thrive.You thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, adept at juggling multiple competing priorities.-
