Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for EMEA- Roles, developers, QA engineers, managers, infrastructure, support- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Manage the technical aspects of recruitment enablement, including ATS administration, reporting, and compliance with GDPR regulations, and DEI.-
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the recruitment process remains efficient and competitive.
We’re excited about you if you have:
- Bachelors degree- 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or/and Talent Acquisition Partner in a global company preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment in the IT industry- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques.- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, open to AI based technologies-
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within specified timelines.- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.- Willingness to come to the office in Warsaw, Prague, Valencia, Madrid twice a week.- English B2 minimum.
